WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

We have a tailored and set fee structure depending on client needs and demands.

This will be sent upon request.

HOW DOES YOUR PROCESS WORK?

Once your instruction is received, it is captured on our system whereby you shall receive an acknowledgement with our file reference number.

Use this reference number for all enquiries and correspondence. This applies to all departments.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Trace instructions run on a 14 working day turn-around time and insurance matters on 10 working days.

These are maximum time frames however, the instruction might be completed before the given time frame.

WHY MUST I PAY FOR A LICENSE CHECK?

License checks does not form part of a trace, therefore it does not fall under the "No-Trace - No-Fee" spectrum.
The fee of a license check is payable irrespective of the result.

WHAT IS A NO-TRACE?

A No-Trace means that a report will be submitted indicating that we were unsuccessful to trace a person or business' whereabouts.
This does not mean that when we provide the same information that you already have on file that it counts as a no-trace, as it means that we were able to confirm the information that you had on file. We submit a report specifically indicating a No-Trace on a matter.
